The main venue and sub venues adopt a high-definition hybrid networking method: high-definition video conferencing terminals are deployed in the main venue, while standard definition video conferencing terminals are deployed in the sub venues, which effectively saves system construction costs while meeting the application needs of the school. The system also sets up a control center and deploys high-definition MCU and high-definition recording and broadcasting server. The former is used for multi-point access and conference control, while the latter is used for recording, on-demand, and live streaming of processes such as conferences, teaching, and training.

After the system was built, it first helped the school achieve various conference functions, including school wide meetings, departmental meetings, self-service meetings, and so on; Secondly, with the help of high-definition recording and broadcasting servers, multiple business activities mainly focused on teaching and training can be live streamed online and on-demand afterwards, greatly expanding the dissemination scope of these business video resources and facilitating teaching communication.
