1. Speaker wiring break or abnormal frequency division
After the speaker wiring breaks, the speaker unit does not have a motivation voltage, which will cause silent failure. The frequency division is generally not easy to disconnect, but it may occur in failure such as the leading welding of the lead and the short circuit of frequency capacitors.
2. S audio
You can use a multimeter R × 1 to measure the speaker to lead the welding piece. If the resistance value is ∞, you can use a small knife to scrape the paint on both ends of the sound of the audio. Broken wires; if the measurement has been accepted and there is a "Kazaka" sound, it indicates that the sound ring is broken, and the weld can be used on the line head, and a lacquer bag that is similar to the sound coil can be welded.
3. The speaker lead is broken
Due to the frequent vibration of the speakers, the woven wire is easy to break, and sometimes the wire is broken, but the cotton core wire is still connected. This woven wire is not easy to buy, and it can be replaced with a slightly longer soft guide line.
4. Audio burning
Use a multimeter R × 1 to measure the speaker lead. If the resistance value is close to 0Ω and there is no "Kazaka" sound, it indicates that the sound coil is burned. Before replacing the audio coil, you should first remove the miscellaneous objects in the magnetic gap, and then carefully put the new audio coil into the magnetic gap, correct the sound coil, and use the strong glue to fix the upper and lower positions. After the position, fill the gap between the sound coil and the paper basin with a strong glue to fill the gap between about half, and finally seal the dust cover, put the speaker paper basin up, and use it for a day to use it normally.
