1. Keep audio equipment in a good working environment
The normal working temperature of audio equipment should be 18 ℃~45 ℃. Too low temperature will reduce the agility of some machines (such as electronic tube machine); If it is too high, it will easily burn out the components or make them age earlier. In summer, pay special attention to keeping the air smooth and smooth. Sound equipment shall not be exposed to direct sunlight, and shall also be kept away from heat sources, such as heaters.

2. After the audio equipment is used up, all function keys should be reset
If the function key is not reset for a long time, and the pull button spring is under stress for a long time, it will easily cause functional abnormality.
3. Turn the volume potentiometer of the amplifier to the minimum before switching the audio power
This is the most effective way to protect power amplifiers and speakers. At this time, the power amplification of the power amplifier is almost zero, at least in case of misoperation, it will not cause harm to the speaker.
4. Switch from front to back when starting
That is, first turn on the CD player, and then turn on the front and rear stages. When starting up, turn the volume potentiometer of the power amplifier to the minimum. Turn off the power amplifier when you turn it off, so that the amplification function of the power amplifier is completely closed. When you turn off the front-end device, no matter how large the impact current is generated, the power amplifier and speaker will not be affected. Also, turn the volume potentiometer of the power amplifier to the minimum when closing the face, and it can be connected with the CD player before closing or after the amplifier is turned off.
5. The machine should be used frequently, otherwise it should be powered on regularly
Commonly used, it can prolong the service life of the machine, such as some parts with motors (recording stand, CD player, CD player, etc.). If it does not roll for a long time, the parts of the department will also deform. If it is not used for a long time, especially in humid and high temperature seasons, it is better to power on for half an hour every day. In this way, the heat generated during the operation of the components in the machine can be used to drive away the moisture, and the internal coil, loudspeaker voice coil, transformer, etc. can be prevented from being damp and broken.
By doing the above five points, we can reduce the equipment failure rate, save the waiting time for equipment maintenance, reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and replacement, and extend the service life of the equipment.
